Clinical physiotherapy at home
On your initial assessment I will take a detailed history of your problem or goal. You will receive a physical assessment relevant to your individual circumstance. From here we will discuss treatment options of your choice.
Patient-first rehabilitation
Recovery can be most effective when conducted in the environment where you actually live. Clinical treatments are adapted to your daily layout, ensuring practical progress. If therapeutic treatment is indicated, a portable therapy bench will be brought to you. You will receive like for like clinic facilities in your home.

My APPROACH
Personalised sessions at your pace
Every visit is structured around your specific energy levels and physical limits. Appointments are never rushed, allowing you to build strength, balance, and confidence at a pace that feels entirely secure. By practicing movements on your own stairs and with your own furniture, you can translate clinical milestones into real-world independence. Exercise programmes will be provided individualised with clear instructions and guidance. Whether you are an athlete or just wanting to maintain independence at home, physiotherapy can play a role in improving your quality of life.
